PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS We attempt to describe the products offered on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site are accurate, compete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit. PRICING Notwithstanding the product prices on the Site, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items shown on the Site may be incorrectly priced as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the Site. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order. PRODUCTION TIME Paper Prints and 5" X 7" Custom Bundles: 5-7 business days;
Canvas Prints: 7-14 business days. Express shipping is provided only upon request. If you want to request
an express shipment, create your on-line order, and immediately send an
e-mail to: phillip@iveyhayesartwork.com . Your order will be processed
and shipped upon availability and validation of payment. All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. RETURNS If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement. Simply take one digital photo of the item(s) and one of the shipping container, attach them to an e-mail and send to: phillip@iveyhayesartwork.com. Please include in the e-mail: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 48 hours and you will receive an e-mail letting you know your replacement is under production. If you prefer to return ship your item(s), please repackage (it) (them) in the original tube or box along with the completed Return Instructions Form, which you will find on the back of the Packing List that accompanied your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return and whether you are seeking a Free Replacement or a Refund. We strongly urge you to return your item(s) via a traceable method. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WE WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED ON THE SITE WILL CONFORM SUBSTANTIALLY TO THE CORRESPONDING DESCRIPTIONS ON THE SITE WHEN ORDERED.
